✦ What are the zine specs?

The zine is B5 sized, contains about 80 pages (illustrations, comics and written stories), and has a soft, perfect bound cover. The merch specs are noted on the products listings.

✦ How long will shipping take?

After the preorder period (roughly one month), there will be the production period (about a month as well), and then we will be sending the packages from Indonesia. So if you live in Indonesia, you will receive your zine within 1 week, in central Europe it will take from 2 to 4 weeks, and the rest of the world minimum 3 weeks. Please be aware that this are just estimates as things could take longer during production and shipping time can differ a lot between countries as well due to things as customs.

✦ Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders are being shipped from Indonesia. All different types of bundles will be shipped in a bubble envelope.

✦ Do you offer international shipping?

Shipping will be available to all countries, however some destinations have slower shipping estimated time (namely Ukraine, Palestine, etc.)

✦ Will there be refunds in case of a lost/damaged parcel?

No, unfortunately. We will do everything to ensure the package reaches its destination safely, however understand that if it's lost or damaged, we can't be held responsible. Once we've dropped it off at the post office it's beyond our control. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is correct as it can't be changed. 

✦ What determines the shipping fees?

It's a sum of the postal stamps and the packaging material. Please be aware that shipping fees are the minimum we can charge with the current prices Indonesia's postal services offers. They vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. 

On a side note: there might be customs charged when the parcel arrives at your country's border. Please understand that we are not responsible for the costs of  it.
